De detective & politie bureau S.C.B - Super natural Crime Bureau - is een bureau die gerond word door mensen die de misdaden van alle super naturale bestraffen.
Maar door de jaren heen zijn de groeperings minder uitgebereid geworden, bijv... tovenaar en mensen met esp-achtige krachten horen nu bij de mensen. Terwijl heksen & vampieren en weers bijelkaar horen, voor hun namen en geruchten om op mensen te jagen. Dan heb je natuurlijk nog de demonen en engelen die in een andere magische wereld leven plus dat daar ook de elven leven.
